Job

I just bought these shoes from the store Zumiez. What’s so important about these shoes? I bought them with my own money that I earned myself at my job that I applied for myself.

Throughout my life, everything I wanted had to be paid for by my parents. Most of the time, I didn’t mind because there was no way for me to earn my own money. But now that I have the opportunity to have a job (which I do), I can’t help but feel more responsible and grateful to be helping my parents out by buying my own things and being more responsible than most kids my age.
